<br /> PROVIDED, HO�uEVER, if my beloved husband, Ernest 0, Reher
<br /> should recede me in death, then I give and bequeath as follows:

<br /> (b) To my beloved son, Elmer J. Reher, the sum of On� Hundred

<br /> (d) Al1 of my household goods, furnishings, dishes, linens,
<br /> clothing, and items of personal jewelry and adornment, to my beloved
<br /> daughters, Rose M. Bosselman, Irene A. Krohn, and Louise i�I. Leschinsky

<br /> If my husband, Ernest 0, Reher, should precede me in death,
<br /> T direct my executor or his successor, after making distribution of
<br /> the above specific bequeats, to sell all of the rest, residue and
<br /> remainder of my property, without the consent of any court, at such
<br /> times and in such pleaces, at either public or private sale:� as he
<br /> may deem best, and convert the same to cash, For this purpose he
<br /> is authorized to execute and deliver necessary deeds, bills of sale ,
<br /> assignments, or other written instruments of conveyance necessary to
<br /> convey and transfer com�lete title thereto. Said rest, residue and
<br /> remainder I then give and bequeath, one-fourth to t�y beloved daughter,
<br /> Fiose i�i. Bosselman, of Grand Island, Nebraska; one-fourth to my beloved
<br /> daughter Louise NI. Leschinsky, of Sto Libory, Nebraska ; one-eighth
<br /> to my beloved grandson, Gerald E. eReher and one- eighth to my
<br /> �eloved granddaughter, Betty. E. Gosda, they being the children of my
<br /> beloved son Elmer J. Reher; Provided, However, if my beloved grandson
<br /> Gerald E. heher should precede me in death, leaving no lawful issue
<br /> him surviving then his share shall lapse and be distl�ibuted to Betty
<br /> E, Gosda.

<br /> laws of Nebraska with respect to confidential communications had
<br /> between me and any of the attesting witnesses to this U;ill, and
<br /> further her�eby revoke any and all former hTills and instruments of
