<br /> vember, 1966, an the Petition of Walter W. Riese, Administrator of
<br /> the Estats of Ghester John Riese, dec�ased, huaband of Anna D. Riese,
<br /> deceased, for a determination of i.nheritanc� tex, and the evidence;
<br /> John F. McCarthy, Attoriiey for petitioner, appearin$ in person and
<br /> shows th� Court as folZows:
<br /> �hat Anna D. Riese, departed this life in H�11 County, Ne-
<br /> braska, on the 13th day of October, 1961, being at said time a
<br /> r�sident of _Hall County, Nebraska; that the petitioner is the �tdmin3.s-
<br /> Crstar of the Estate of Chester John Riese, deceased, husband of
<br /> Anna D. Riese, deceased; that at the time of her death, said deceased
<br /> was not possessed of any property s�b�ect to admini�.r.r�tion in the
<br /> State of Nebraska, but was the owner, ' together wit�. the deceased, as
<br /> �oint tenants, of the following-descxibed property, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Eight (8), in Block Ztao (2), in William J. Burger's
<br /> Addition to the Vill�ge o�E Doniphan, Ha11 County, Nebrask.a;
<br /> which groperty, at th� ti.mz of th� death o� said deceased, was of
<br /> th� fair �nd reasonable market value of $1400.00.
<br /> That said deceased did r►ot, during har lifetime, convey any
<br /> property in trust, or otherwise, in contempZa�ior� of death o� �_nte�3e�ed
<br /> to take effect in possession or enjoyment after dea�th, and �either '
<br /> yaur petitioner nor any ot�.er person becam� �ntatled td arry ��o�e�tgr
<br /> by reason of the death of deceased.
<br /> That said property is held by Chester J. Riese and Anna r.
<br /> Riese, with rights of survivorship.
<br /> That this is all oi tk�e propert� owned �,� the �ie�e���s�,
<br /> or your petitioner, for the deceased, or property i.n which either
<br /> of them had any interest at the ti.m� of the �ea�h o� Anna D. ??iese.
<br /> The Court further finds that tthe �aunty Attorney o� 1�a11
<br /> County, Nebraska, has entered his Voluntary Appearance in �he above-
<br /> entitled proceeding on behalf of the Cour�ty os kia?1 �:�c� et�fi� csf �'e-
<br /> braska, waiving the service upon h�.m to shocv ca�.se for the dete�i�a-
<br /> tion of inheritarfce tax.
