<br /> emnower my executrix to settle, adjust, or compromise, in her sole dis-
<br /> cretion, any claims, whether in favor of or against my estate, upon such
<br /> terms and conditions as she alone may determine to be for the best
<br /> interests of my estate and without the necessity of procurinq the leave
<br /> or approval of any court. I further empower my executrix, in her sole
<br /> discretion, to make distribution in kind as well as in cash. I waive
<br /> any privilege with respect to confidential communications had at any
<br /> time between me and any of the attesting witnesses to this will and
<br /> had at any time between me and my attorney, Arthur C. Mayer.

<br /> undersigned, that the foregoing instrument was her last will and testa-

<br /> being present at the same time. And we now, at her request, in her
<br /> presence, and in the presence of each other do hereunto subscribe our
<br /> names as witnesses. And we and each of us declare that we believe this

<br /> coercion nor undue influence.

<br /> purporting to be the last will and testament thereto of Lillian B. Winn
<br /> deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 27th
<br /> day of May, 1966, said irLstrument to which this certificate is attached
<br /> was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of
<br /> the real and personal estate of said Lillian B. Winn, deceased, and the
<br /> same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br /> and said Muriel E. Freeman was appointed executrix and furnished bond
<br /> as required by the Court. The Court finds that Lillian B. Winn was
<br /> an unremarried widow at the time of her death and she left her surviv-
<br /> ing as her sole and only heir-at-law, her daughter, Muriel E. Freeman.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 27th day of May, 1966 an order
<br /> of this court was made allowing creditors until the 27th day of September,
<br /> 1966 w�ithin which to file claims, and allowing said executrix one year
<br /> within which to settle said estate, and further ordering that notice to
<br /> creditors be published as by law required, and that a hearing on claims
<br /> filed against said estate wr�uid be held at the office of the County Judge
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska on the 28th day of September, 1966 at 9:00
<br /> o'clock a.m. , and it appears by proof on file that such notice was pub-
<br /> lished as ordered by this court.
<br /> The Court further finds that the executrix filed herein her inven-
<br /> tory of the assets of this estate, together with a copy for the County
<br /> Assessor of Hall County, Nebraska, and that according to said inventory
<br /> said deceased died seized and possessed of the following described pro-
<br /> perty:
