<br /> At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of
<br /> Hall, in the State of Nebraska this 26th day of October, 1966.
<br /> Present: Edward Dixon, County Judge.
<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED, that Muriel E. Freeman, executrix, filed herein
<br /> her final report as such executrix, together with a petition praying
<br /> that said report be allowed, for a decree of heirship, determination
<br /> of inheritance tax, order of final distribution and final settlement
<br /> and discharge. For these purposes the 26th day of October, 1966 at
<br /> 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the County Court Room in said County was assign-
<br /> ed as the time and place for hearing said petition and examining and
<br /> allowing said final report; and it was ordered that notice of the
<br /> pendency of said petition and hearing thereon be given as by law re-
<br /> quired; and it appears by proof on file that notice was given as
<br /> ordered by the Court and that no objections to said final report have
<br /> been made or filed. Upon examination of the record and evidence in
<br /> this matter and being duly advised in the premises, the court finds
<br /> as follows:
<br /> That Lillian B. Winn died on April 23, 1966, testate, and a
<br /> resident of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> That Muriel E. Freeman filed in this court an ins�rument puxport-
<br /> ing to be the last will and testament of Lillian B. Winn, deceased,
<br /> and a petition offering the same for probate and petitioning the court
<br /> to appoint her executrix of this estate and that an order of this
<br /> court was made assigning the 27th day of May, 1966 at 10:00 o'clock
<br /> a.m. in the County Court Room of said County, as the time and place
<br /> for hearing said petition, proving said will, and admitting the same
<br /> to probate and ordering that notice of the pendency of said petition
<br /> be given as by law required, and it appears by proof on file that
<br /> notice of such order was so given.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 27th day of May, 1966 said
<br /> instrument was proven, allowed and admitted to probate as the last
<br /> will and testament of Lillian B. Winn, deceased, which will is in words
<br /> as follows:
<br /> "LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LILLIAN B. WINN'
<br /> ' I, Lillian B, Winn, of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, being
<br /> of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare
<br /> this to be my last will and testament, in words as follows:
<br /> I.
<br /> 'I appoint my daughter, Muriel E. Freeman, of Fremont, Nebraska, as
<br /> executrix of this will and direct that she need not furnish surety on
<br /> her bond as such. All powers and discretion hereinafter granted my
<br /> daughter, as executrix, shall fully extend to any administrator with
<br /> the will annexed. �
<br /> II.
<br /> 'I direct my executrix to pay all debts which are legally enforce-
<br /> able against my estate, including any expenses of my last illness and
<br /> buriel,
<br /> III.
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, r esidue and remainder
<br /> of the assets of my estate of every nature whatsoever and wheresoever
<br /> situated, in fee simple absolute, unto my daughter, Muriel E. Freeman.
<br /> IV.
<br /> 'I fully empower my executrix to sell any of the assets of my
<br /> estate, including real estate, at such prices, on such terms, and in
<br /> such manner, whether at private or public sale, as she, in her sole
