<br /> '�hat said estate is fully solvent. That there will be no
<br /> funds left in this estate.
<br /> That by the terms of the Last Will and Testament of said Willi�m
<br /> Harvey Patterson, deceased, all of his property was bequesthed in
<br /> equa�l shares to his sister, Fannie Vest, of Ottawa, Kansas, and Fred
<br /> Patterson, his brothe`r, and that there are no funds left for distri-
<br /> bution to the heirs.
<br /> That the heirs and only heirs at law of said William Harvey
<br /> Patterson, deceased, are: Fannie Veat, of Ottawa, Kansas, sister;
<br /> Fred Patterson, Ottawa, Kansas, brother; and Alva Taylor (Steve)
<br /> Patterson, of Little Rock, Arkansas, brother.
<br /> That after completing the record of this cause, there will be
<br /> due this Court for costs of administration, the sum of $33.47, and
<br /> that after paying said costs, the Administrator wi1T have no funds
<br /> left for distribution in said estate.
<br /> WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND CONSIDERED BY THE COURT,
<br /> That the said final administration account is settled, allowed,
<br /> and agproved as filed.
<br /> That the Administrator With Will Annexed, pay the said costs
<br /> herein taxed At $33.47.
<br /> That there are� no funds left for distribution to the heirs.
<br /> That deceased left surviving him as his sole end only heirs at
<br /> Iaw, his sister, Fannie Vest, of Ottawa, Kansas; Fred Patterson,
<br /> brother, of Ottawa, Kansas; and Alva Taylor (Steve) Patterson, brother,
<br /> of Little Rock, Arkansas. �
<br /> That upon payment of the said costs of administration, and upon
<br /> the return of the proper vouchers and report of his doings under thie
<br /> Decree, and upon the approval of the same by this Court, John F.
<br /> McCarthy, Administretor With Will Annexcd, be discharged,
