McCarthy, Adminis- trator WiCh Will Annexed, for a final settlement of the Estate of William Harvey Patterson, deceased, on the final administration account' of the Administrator With Will Annexed, of said estate, and the evidence was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds : That, on the lst day of September, 1966, John F. McCarthy, Administrator With Will Annexed, of the Estate of William Harvey Patterson, deceased, filed in this Court his final administration aecount as such Administrator With Will Annexed, and a Petition praying that the said account be settled and allowed, that said es- tate be distributed as required by law, that John F. NicCarthy, �,c- ministrator With Will Annexed, be discharged from his trust as such Administrator, and that for these purposes a time and place be assigned for the ,,38�� day of �J��-�=� C1� , 1966, at IO o'clock A.M. , at the County Court Room of Hall County, N"ebraska, as the ticr.e and place for hearing said Petition and examining and settling said account, and requiring that notice of said hearing be given to all per- sons interested by publishing a notice thereof in the Grand �sland Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in generel circulation in said County, for three successive weeks pri�or to the said day of hearing. That the said account is in all respects true and correct. . That notice of the hearing has been duly given as required by the Order of this Court. That due notice to creditors has been given.
