<br /> WHEREFORE, IT IS CONSIDERED, ORVERE:U AND ADJUDGED BY THE
<br /> COUR'P that the final account of the Administrators herein be and
<br /> the same hereby is settled, allowed and a.pprov�d; that the state- ;
<br /> ments and allegations in the Petition for Final Settlement are
<br /> true and corrects that th.e. estate has been duly administered and
<br /> all claims-, debts and expenses of administration have been duly
<br /> paide that there is no inY�eritance tax found due from 'the heirs
<br /> of the deceased to the State of Nebraska nor Federal estate tax
<br /> due to the United States;` that Robert Ku�scher, deceased, died
<br /> intestate on the 25th day of January, 1966, a resident of Hall '
<br /> County, Nebraska, and left as his sole and only heirs at law th� '
<br /> persons described in Paragraph 5 above; that the remaining per- �
<br /> sonal property and cash in the hands of the Administrators as set
<br /> out in Paragraph b above be and is hereby assigned to said heirs,
<br /> being the children of th� decedent, in the shares as set out in
<br /> Paragraph 6 above; that deceased died seised of the real estate
<br /> described in Paragraph '7 above; that the same be and is hereby
<br /> a�signed to said heirs in the shares as set fo�th in Paragr�ph '7,
<br /> viz. : an undivided one fifth (1/5) interest to each of the ` �
<br /> followirig, Edward Kutscher, Anna Heyde, Elsie Kruse, Ruth Kutscher
<br /> and Erma Kutscher, children of said deceased; tha.t upon �he filing
<br /> of receipts by the Administrators showing payment and deliveres to
<br /> said heirs of said money in pe:rsonalty set out in Paragraph 6
