<br /> Lots 11 and 12, Block 20, Original Town of
<br /> Rockville, Sherman County, Nebraska,
<br /> were purchased by the said ��-ielen E. Ogle with her own funds, and
<br /> that the same are not subject to inheritance tax.

<br /> page 189, Miscellaneous Records; and except a
<br /> tract of 10. 60 acxes, more or less, deeded to
<br /> Middle Loup Public Power and Irrigation Distric� '

<br /> Deed Records, also subject to right-of-way of
<br /> Austin Irrigation Ditch Company of Sherman County,

<br /> had been inherited one-half by the said Helen E. Ogle and one-
<br /> nalf by the said Ida May Billings, and that therefore, only one-
<br /> half of such _property would be subject to inheritance tax, ,making
<br /> the total value of p�operty received by the said Helen E. Ogle, ,
<br /> subject to inheritance tax the sum of $9,890.97I; that the expenses
<br /> set out in said Petition axe deductible therefrom in the sum of
<br /> $1,15&.26, leaving $8,732.71, and that said Helen E. Ogle, being ,
<br /> a daughter of the said deceassd, is entitled.to a specific exemption
