<br /> the County Attorney of Hall County, Nebraska., and the County
<br /> Attorney of Sherman County, Nebras:�ca, and the evidence, and the
<br /> Court, being fully informed in the premises finds that the said
<br /> Ida May Billings died on March 4, 1966, a resider,t and inhabitan�
<br /> of Sherman County, Nebraska, and that this court has jurisdictio�
<br /> to determine the inheritance ta.x because of the real estate being
<br /> located par+ially in Sherman County, Nebraska,
<br /> That at the time of he,- death the said Ida P�ay Billings �
<br /> was not possessed of any property subjec�` to administrat�_on in
<br /> the State of Nebraska; that the said `�elen E. Ogle and the said
<br /> Ida May Billings were the owners as joint �enants of the follow-
