<br /> Ten (10} , North, Range Six (6) , East of the 6th
<br /> P.M.
<br /> The Court further finds f'rom showing made that the Petitioner
<br /> furnished all of the consideration for all of said above described
<br /> real estate except the real estate lacated in Lancaster County,
<br /> Nebraska which the Court finds has a fair and reasonable market
<br /> value of $1t�,765.00 and that Petitiorier furnished approximately
<br /> .�.1�2 per cent of the total consideration for the acquisition thereof
<br /> and that the value of the interest of the decedent therein is less
<br /> than the amount exempt to the Petitioner by law.
<br /> The Court finds that said Deceased during her lifetime did
<br /> not convey any property in trust or otherwise in contemplatial of
<br /> death or intended to take effect in possession �or enjoyment after
<br /> death and neither th� Petitioner nor any person became entit led to
<br /> any property by reason of the death of said Deceased, except as
<br /> above found, and that all of the said property is of less value than
<br /> is exempt by law.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSTDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED
<br /> tha� th�re is�' iao liability for inheritance tax by reason of the transfer
