<br /> This matter came on for hearing on the Petition of Erving
<br /> R. Myers for a determination of inheritance tax and the evidence,
<br /> the Petitioner being represented by counsel and the Court having
<br /> heard the evidence and being fully advised in the premises and from
<br /> an examination of the records finds that the County Attorney of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, the .County Attorney of Keith County, Nebraska and
<br /> the County Attorney of Lancaster County, Nebraska, being a11 of the
<br /> counties in whieh property involved herein is located have filed
<br /> their respective voluntary appearances and waiver of notice to show
<br /> cause in behalf of said respective counties �f Hall, Kei�h and
<br /> Lancaster, Nebraska.
<br /> The Court finds that Juan V. Myers died October 1$, 1965, a
<br /> resident of Hall County, Nebraska and that the Petitioner is the hus-
<br /> band of said Deceased; that at the tirne of her death said Deceased was
<br /> not possessed of any property subject to administration in th� State
<br /> of Idebraska, but was the owner, together witYi Petitioner as joint
<br /> tenants, of the following described property located in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Eleven (11) to Eighteen (1$) , both inclusive,
<br /> in Block Nine (9� ; and
<br /> Lots One (1) to Twenty-one (21} , both inclusive,
<br /> in Block Ten (10) ; and
<br /> Lots One (1) to Eifteen (15) , both inclusive, in
<br /> Block Elever� {11) ; and
<br /> Lots One (1) to Four (t�} , both inclusive, in Block
<br /> Twelve (12) ; all being in the �own of Abbott, as
<br /> shown by the recorded plat on file in the office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> and
<br /> Also that �part of the South Half of the Southwest
<br /> �uarter (S2SW,-��) of Section Thirty (30j , ir. Town-
<br /> ship Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) , T�'est of
<br /> the 6th P.M. lying south of the right of way and
<br /> depot grounds of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy
<br /> Railroad Company, except a tract of land One
<br /> Hundred Sixty-five (165) feet wide east and west
<br /> by Two ?�iundred Sixty-six (266) feet long north
<br /> and south conveyed by said Lincoln Land Company
<br /> to School District No. Fifty-four (51�) of Hall.
<br /> County, Nebraska, by deed dated the 20th day of
<br /> December, A.D. 1$$$.
<br /> That they were the owners as joint �tenants of the following
<br /> described property in Keith County, Nebraska, to-wit:
