<br /> to be heaxd on t�ae Petition fcar a final settlement of seid estate, s�ad on
<br /> ��he final admina�tr�tion account, and tYae evidence was submitted to t�ie Court
<br /> on cons�.deration whereo� the Court fincs:
<br /> �a�t orc �he 21st �ay of June, 196b, Gertrude Hiser, ExecuCrix csf the
<br /> Est�te o� Jahn F. Fischer, deceased, faled in this Caurt her fin�Z ac3mini�-
<br /> t�at�.oa� account as s�xch Executrix, and � P�tition praying t�iat said estate
<br /> �� settl�d and allowed; �hat said esta�e be distributed as' required by law;
<br /> �h�t Ger�rude Hisery Executrix, be discharged fram her trust as such Exe�u- ii
<br /> trix; and that for these purpvses, a ti�ae and place be assigned for he�rin;
<br /> �aid �etitioxt and examining and settling said account; and that s�ach notice
<br /> be given thereof as by law directs.
<br /> That on the �lst day o� June, 196Er, an Order of this Court was mede
<br /> assigning the 25th day of July, 1966, at 10 o'clock A.M. , in the County
<br /> Cocsrtroom of Hall County, Nebraska, as the time and place for hearing said
<br /> Pe�ition and examining and settling said account and requfring a notice of
<br /> said hearing to be given to all persons interested by publishin� a notice
<br /> th�reof in the Wooc3 River Sunbesa, a newspaper printed and in general circu-
<br /> lation in seid County for three successive weeks prior to the said date of
<br /> heari�g, July 25th, 1�66. �
<br /> ThaC ��aid account is in all respects, true and correct.
<br /> Z'h.at notice o€ the hearing has been duly given as required by the Order I
<br /> of this Courct.
<br /> That dae notice to creditors has been given.
<br /> That s11 clai.u�s allowed against said estate have been fully paid and
<br /> satisfiecl, and that said estate is now solvent. *;
<br /> That there ia no inheritance tsx due the 5tate of Nebraska, nor federal
<br /> estate tax due the United States of America.
<br /> That the deceased was a Widow�r on the date of hf� death. �
<br /> That William J. F3.scher, single, his son, predeceased the Testator,
<br /> and th8t he never married.
<br /> That through error, the names of John Fischer and Msry 3o Fischer, �
<br /> appear on the Petition as h�irs at law of the d�ceased and interested i� �
<br /> his estate. The Caurt further finds that they are the children af Carn�li� �
<br /> Fischer, and that their father's name was Leo Fischer, deceased in 194$. "s
