N ZUMBRUNN, GREETINGS: <br />WHEREAS, you were o ,/ & terâ–º , 2014 duly appointed <br />temporary Guardian and Conservatorsh p for Loran Zumbrunn, an incapacitated <br />person, pursuant to lawful proceedings of record in this Court. <br />You shall not pay compensation to yourself or your attorney from assets or <br />income of your ward, nor sell real property of the estate, without first obtaining an <br />Order therefore, after an application, notice to the interested persons, and <br />hearing thereon.
