<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Raymond J O'Connor and Jennifer
<br />S. O'Connor to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated March 12, 2014, and recorded March 14, 2014, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #201401428 (or in Book Number Page
<br />Number ) has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Parcel 1: Lots Six (6), Seven (7) and Ten (10), Grand Island Mall Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 2: Lot One (1), Grand Island Mall Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />Parcel 3: Lot Two (2), Grand Island Mall Fifteenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
