<br /> . 20, 1975, this matter came on for hearing before the Court upon the final
<br /> account, petition for final settlen�ent, and for a determination of inheritance
<br /> taxes, and the rnatter tivas submi tted to the Court upon consi deration whereof
<br /> the Court finds:
<br /> 1 . The final account filed herein is in all respects true and correct.
<br /> � The statements and allegations in the petition for final settlement are true �
<br /> . and correct.
<br /> 2. That due notice to creditors has been given; that one claim was filed
<br /> and allowed and has been paid and that the estate is fully solvent.
<br /> � 3. That Leo A. Winey died a resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska, on
<br /> December 21 , 1974, leaving as his sole and only heirs at law, his wife,
<br /> Gertrude E, Winey, and his children, Leo P. Winey, Kenley W. Winey, Richard
<br /> M. Winey, and Gayle Francis Winey Reina, all of full legal age.
<br /> 4. That by the terms of the Last �Jill and Testament of Leo A. Winey,
<br /> Deceased, al1 property, both real and personal , and wherever situated, was
<br /> bequeathed and devised, to Gertrude E . Winey, absoluttc�ly. That the deceden.t
<br /> died seised of real estate described as follows:
<br /> Lots 7, 8 an� 9, Hedges S ubdi vi si on of Resi den t B1 ock
<br /> Number 2, Coady's Thi rd Addi ti on to the Vi l lage of
<br /> Shel ton
<br /> � . A tract of land in tne North Half Northwest Quarter -
<br /> (N/2 NW/4) of Section 5, Township 9 North, Range 12
<br /> , West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br /> particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
<br /> • � point 550 feet on the above described section line
<br /> South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence East
<br /> ; 198 feet; thence South 770 feet to the Quarter line
<br /> of said section; thence West along said line to the '
<br /> Quarter corner; thence North along said section line
<br /> to the point of beginning.
<br /> The Court finds that the above described real estate should be and hereby
<br /> is assigned to Gertrude E, Winey, to be hers absolutely.
