<br /> or otherwise as my executor considers advisable, which leases and con-
<br /> tracts may extend beyond the settlement of my estate; to give opCions
<br /> , therefor; to execute deeds, transfers, leases and other instruments of
<br /> any kind.
<br /> 2. When distributing�my estate to make distribution wholly
<br /> o r partly in kind; and w hen distributing property or cash to a minor,
<br /> to make such distribution to such minor or to such minor' s legal
<br /> guaxdian and the receipt of such minor or such minor' s legal guardian
<br /> shall be a complete discharge of my executor in regard thereto.
<br /> FIFTH: All estate, inheritance, legacy, succession or transfer
<br /> taxes including any interest and penalties thereon imposed with respect
<br /> to all property taxable by reason of my death, whether or not such
<br /> property passes under this my will and whether such taxes be payable
<br /> by my estate or by any recipient of any such property, shall be paid
<br /> � by my executor out of my general estate or out of said trust property
<br /> as part of the expenses of the administration of my estate with no
<br /> right of reimbursement from any recipient of any such property.
