Revolinski, sole beneficiary of the will <br /> of the decedent who died on February 26, 1969; that the estate of �e <br /> said A1ice V. Revolinski has been fu11y administered and the assets <br /> of her estate have been distributed to John M. Revolinski, her sole <br /> heir at law and the sole beneficiary of her Last Will and Testament <br /> who is the same person as the admini�rator de bonis non with the will <br /> annexed herein; that the estate of Michael P.
