. _
I
I . •
y IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
IN THE MRTTER OF THE ESTATE ) Estate No. 8601
 ) '
OF ) SUPPLlEP7TL FINL DECREE
)
LE E'1. ROBERTSON, Deceased. .

BE IT F2EMEriBERED that on this p day 'Of December, 1974, the Court
finds that the following described real estate:
The South One-Half of Lot Three ( 3) and ths 5outh
One-Half of Lot Four (4) in Block Nineteen (19) ,
Orig inal Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall
County, Nebraska,
was described as joint tenancy property in the proceeding known as
the Estate of Lee A. Robertson, Deceased, because when the partnership
known as Lee's Radio & TV was dissolved on October 29 , 1965 , all prop-
erty of the partnership , includirg this real estate and personal property
was transferred to Lee A. Robertson and it was believed that he had
deeded the realeestate to himself and his wife as joint tenants. How-
 -,
, ever, that deed has not been found. Accordingly, the said real estate
' could h ave been treated as solely held property instead of joint tenancy
property in the adinistration of the estate of Lee I. Robertson,
Deceased, that the difference in the treatment is one of form rather ,
than substance as there would be no change in the taxation and no change
in the ultimate recipient of the property. However, said difference
should be noted to make the record of title complete.
IT IS, THEREFORE , CONS IDERED, RD'RED , ADJiJI)GED ADTD DECREED BY
THE COURT as £ollows:
l. The Final Decrze entered herein on July 7, 1973, is .hereby
ratified and confirmed and found to be accurate in all respects.
2. It is hereby decreed that the property passing to Daisy L.
Robertson as described in Paragraph 2 of the Final Decree dated July
7, 1973, includes, but is not limited to, the following described real
estate:
The South One-Half of Lot Three (3) and the South
One-Half of Lot Four (4) in Block Nineteen (19) ,
Or ' ' al Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall
t O ebraska.
 G` BY THE COURT: '

_ e
r
 < , F.daard Dixon, Co ty Judge
C .,..•• Q`
 'Nn ._..,.M 1
,
_ ..........----•--..__....__...Regisier o ee s,
Rose Ann )acobsen
nA'
