<br /> This is to certify that in connection with the proceeding in
<br /> this .Co�trt indexed and docketed herein as in the matter of the
<br /> estate of: Leonard Brundage, Deceased, a final decree was entered
<br /> thereon on March 8, 1974, in which the following described real.
<br /> estate is involved:
<br /> An undivided one-fourth interest in and to the
<br /> Southeast 4uarter (SEq) of Section Twenty-nine (29) ,
<br /> and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S2NWa) . .
<br /> of Section Thirty-two (32) , all in Township Twelve � .
<br /> (12) , North, Range Twelve (12) , West of �the 6th P.M.,
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, subject, however, to a
<br /> reservation in his mother, Bertha Brundage, of the use
<br /> and income therefrom for and during her natural life;
<br /> and an undivided one-third interest in and to the West Seventy
<br /> (70) Feet of the North Half of Lot Eleven (11) , and
<br /> the West Seventy (70) Feet of Lot Twelve (12) ,. in
<br /> Block Three (3) , in the First Addition to the Village
<br /> of Cairo, Nebraska, as shown by the recorded plat
<br /> thereof, together with one certain easement of recorc7
<br /> given and granted unto Merle Brundage, Leonard Brundage,
<br /> and Howard F. Scott; over and across the following
<br /> described real estate located in Cairo, .Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and described as follows: the Northerly .
<br /> Ten (10) Feet of the East Half of the North Half (EZN'4)
<br /> of Lot Twelve (12) , in Block Three (3) , in First
<br /> Addition to the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, for
<br /> driveway purposes only for ingress and egress from
<br /> the alleyway located to the rear of such Lot Twelve
<br /> (1�2) . to the building located on the Westerly 70 feet
<br /> of such Lot Twelve; that in addition to the foregoing
<br /> real estate, the said Leonard Brundage and the said •
<br /> Edna Maxine Brundage, as joint tenants and not as
