<br /> been given, and the final decree by inadvertence was not at that ti:�e

<br /> _and has been set upon this date for final disposition.
<br /> The court finds that said account was originally subm�tted was
<br /> �nd is in all respects just, true and correct; that items of receipt therein
<br /> set forth and including itens of ammendcient of the inventory, are t:ie
<br /> totai receipts ot said ad.�ninistratrix, consisti.^.g o� t:e �:ctate �g "e
<br /> deceased, and the items paid out as shown by said report, were and are all
<br /> proper charges against said estate and that said estate is not subject to
<br /> inheritance tax or estate tax; that all claims asainst said estate are paid
<br /> and all claims against. said estate not herein filed and allowed, are foreve:

<br /> The court rurther finds that the real estate of said George R.
<br /> Randecker, who died intestate, a resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska,
<br /> on June 13, 1946, consisted of an undivided one-half interest in a part
<br /> of Lots 1� 2, 3 and 4 on the nain land and part of Lots Z, 2, 3 and 4 on
<br /> an island in Hall County located in Section 17, Township 9 I�o:th, Range .l2
<br /> :iest of the 6th P.I:. and an undivided one-half interest in the :�ortheast
<br /> Qu::ter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, To.mship 9 Pv'or:h, Range 13
<br /> ?dest of the 6th P.M., in Buffalo County, consistin� of 40 acre�, rore or
<br /> less, and an Lndivided one-half inte:est in part of the South Haif of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter in said Section 23, Township 9 Nortn, Range 13 West of the 6th P.�:.
<br /> , in Buffalo County, Nebraska. That Mary Randecker, the widow of the deceased,
<br /> was not the mother of the chi2dren of the deceased. That t:;e deceasec Ieic,
<br /> at the date of his death, heirs at law in addition to Mary B. Ra�decker,
<br /> three daughters� namely: LaDonna r1. Bandecker, a�e :8, Delores .�,. Randec,<a_,
<br /> a�e 1�, and a third dau�hter, a�e 12, nar.;ely, Shirlesl Jean Rr,ndecker, for
<br /> whom Guaranty,Trust Conpany of �earney, Nebraska, ha3. been appointed �Lardian.
<br /> T:zat none of the reai estate na;ned hereir. was homestead of the deceased a:d
<br /> his fa;nily. That the ba2ance of the personal property of the deceased, was
<br /> at that time divided among the heirs in the same fractioaal proportion.
<br /> IT IS iH�KEFO�E CONSID:,:2�D Ai1J A�JJDGED BY THn COURT that the
<br /> i��irs of the deceased are as above shown, as of the date of death of
<br /> deceas�d; that Lhe property, both real and personal of tne deceased,
<br /> decendea one-fourth of the one-half interest owaed by the deceased to each
<br /> of Mary B. Randecker, LaDonna M. .Randecker, Delores A, Randecker, and
<br /> Shirle�e G. Randecker.
<br /> That said estate is fully completed and the report of the
<br /> �c..;ini:;tratrix is hereby approved and that receipts, acce:-din� to law,
<br /> have been filed, the administratrix and her bondsman are hereby released
<br /> and discharged.
