<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by James R
<br />Ford, Trustee of the James R Ford Living Revocable Trust and Louise M Ford, Trustee of
<br />the Louise M Ford Living Revocable Trust, Grantors to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated March 13, 2012 in which Pathway Bank,
<br />a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded March 15,
<br />2012, as Instrument No. 201201987 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an
<br />original stated indebtedness of $1,000,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follows:
<br />Legal Description: The Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., excluding a tract of land containing
<br />22.233 acres and legally described as the Westerly 537.0 feet of the Southerly 1,803.48 feet of
<br />the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section Nineteen (19), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven
<br />(11) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 1st day of July, 2014.
