<br /> Indebtecfness. The word "indebtedness" means all principal, interesi, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Credit /�lgreement or Related Qocumenis, together with a[I renewals of, extensions of,
<br /> modifications of, consolidatians of and substituYions for the Credit Agreemen# or Related Documents and any
<br /> amounts expended or ad�anced by Lender to discharge Trustor's o6[igatians or expeRses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender to enforce Trustor's obGgations under this Deed of Trust, together with interest on such amounts as
<br /> pravided in this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. 7he wvrd "Lander" means Eqe�itable Sank, its successors and assigns. TF�e words "successars or
<br /> assigns" mean any person or company that aCquires any interest in the Credit Agreemsnt.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal
<br /> property now or hereafter owned hy Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or a�Fixed to #he Rea[ Property;
<br /> together with a[I accessions, parts, and additions Eo, a!I replacements af, and all sul�stit�tions for, any of svch
<br /> property; and together with all proceeds fincluding without lirreitation a!f insurance proceeds and refuRds of
<br /> premiums} from any sale ar other disposition of the Property.
<br /> Property. The word "Property" means collectively the Real Property and the Personal Properry.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Property" mean the real property, interes#s and rights, as further desCribed in this
<br /> Deed of Trust.
<br /> Related Docurnerrts. The words "Related Documents" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, collateraE mortgages, and al1 other instruments, agreemen#s and documents, whether Row or hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in connection with the ]ndebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means al[ present and future ren#s, revenves, income, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br /> other benefits deri�ed from ihe Property.
