By written stipulation of the interested <br /> persons filed in said Court within one year follawing the <br /> • appointment of an executor of my wi11 in �Nebraska. <br /> 2. By the final determination of the value <br /> of said land for inheritance tax purposes if no such writte.n <br /> stipulation is filed within said one year period. <br /> 3. If, within sixteen months follawing my death, <br /> ' the fair market value of said land has not been determined as <br /> hereinbefore provided, my executor and my said son, Robert, shall <br /> each promptly appoint an appraisor and the two appraisors so <br /> appointed shall select a third appraisor and the three appraisors <br /> so selected shall promptly determine the fair market value of <br /> � said land within the meaning of this option. The expense of <br /> such appraisals shall be paid by my said son, Robert, and by my <br /> executor in equal shares. <br /> • (e) The purchase price for the land shall be that <br /> � fraction of the value of the land as so determined corresponding <br /> to the fractional interest or interests in the land to be purchased <br /> hereunder. <br /> (f) The share of my said son in all assets of my <br /> estate other than the Hall County land shall be applied toward <br /> the purchase price for the land and paid over or transferred to <br /> the owners of said interests in the Hall County land to be purchased <br /> under this option. <br /> . �, � <br /> ��� <br />
