Bedford johnson� died <br /> testate on September 16, 1970, a resident and inhabitant of Adams County, <br /> Nebraska; that said deceased left surviving him as his sole and only heirs at <br /> law, the following: � <br /> Esther Bennett Johnson, his wife <br /> Robert Lee Johnson, his son <br /> Richard Bedford Johnson, his son <br /> Cynthia Belle Day, his granddaughter <br /> Roger Day, his grandson <br /> each of whom is of legal age with the exception of the said Cynthia Belle Day <br /> and Roger Day� both of whom are the minor children of Marcia Louise Johnson Dayt <br /> a daughter of the deceased who preceded him in death. The deceased left surviving <br /> him no other child, nor issue of any other deceased child. <br /> and Codicil thereto <br /> That the Will of the deceased with the Petition for the Probate thereof was <br /> filed in this Court and said matters were set for hearing on November 5� 1970; that <br /> and Codicil thereto <br /> notice of saidhearing was given as required by law; that said Will was allowed <br /> and p�obated by an order duly entered herein which has become final; that a copy <br /> ,,, <br /> � � <br /> � . � �'� <br />
