Bedford johnson� died <br /> testate on September 16, 1970, a resident and inhabitant of Adams County, <br /> Nebraska; that said deceased left surviving him as his sole and only heirs at <br /> law, the following: � <br /> Esther Bennett Johnson, his wife <br /> Robert Lee Johnson, his son <br /> Richard Bedford Johnson, his son <br /> Cynthia Belle Day, his granddaughter <br /> Roger Day, his grandson <br /> each of whom is of legal age with the exception of the said Cynthia Belle Day <br /> and Roger Day� both of whom are the minor children of Marcia Louise Johnson Dayt <br /> a daughter of the deceased who preceded him in death.
