<br /> I, George E. Weinrich� of Alda, Hall County, �
<br /> which I declare to be my domicile, do herewith make, p�'u�lis and
<br /> declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any
<br /> and all former Wills or Codicils thereto by me made.
<br /> � FIRST .
<br /> I direct my, Executor hereinafter named to pay all of my
<br /> just debts, expenses of last illness and funeral expenses as soon
<br /> after my death as can convenientiy be done. '
<br /> SECOND
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Bernice Zf�einrich,
<br /> all personal property owned by me at the �;ime of my death, and
<br /> remaining after payment of the items set forth in the preceding
<br /> paragraph to h�ave and hold the same forever. In addition thereto
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath to her for her use and for and during
<br /> : her lifetime the ti�7est Half of the Northwest Quarter (ti�J2IvTW4) of
<br /> Section Six (6) , Township Ten (lOj North, Range Ten (10) LVest of
<br /> the 6th P.1�Z. in Ha11 County, Nebraska. I provide that she shall
<br /> � have the use and income from said real estate for so long as she
<br /> shall live and she shall pay real estate taxes, any insurance .
<br /> `� premiums and reasonable upkeep arising during that time.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> Subject to the life estate given to my wife, Bernice
<br /> ti+leinrich, in the real estate described in the preceding paragraph,
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath said real estate to my son, Eugene
<br /> ti�Jeinrich, to have and to hold the same forever. If, at the time �
<br /> of my death I am possessed of any other real estate, I give, devise
<br /> and bequeath said real estate to my son, Dale Weinrich, to have
<br /> and to hold the same forever.
<br /> � FOURTH
<br /> In the event my wife, Bernice Weinrich, should precede me
<br /> in death, then I give, devise and bequeath all personal property
<br /> owned by me and remaining after payment of the items set forth in
<br /> the FIRST Paragraph hereof share and share alike to my son, Eugene
<br /> Weinrich, and my son, Da1e Weinrich.

<br /> I name,; nominate and appoint my wife, Bernice Weinrich, to

<br /> she be not required to furnish surety on her official; bond as such.
