<br /> co-executors of the estate of Ines M. Willaughby, a/k/a Inez M.
<br /> j,�'illoughby, deceased, are true and correct and said Petition
<br /> should be �ranted.
<br /> 4. That the sai.d Ines M. t�Tilloughby, a/k/a In�z M.
<br /> taillou�hby, deceased, died testate, a resident of Custer Caunty,

<br /> Plebraska, on the twenty--fourth day of April, 1970, and that the
<br /> Last �rIi11 and Testament of the said Ines M. tdilloughb�, a/k/a
<br /> Ine� M. Willoughby, deceased, was duly admitted to probate in
<br /> this Court on July 10, 1970. �
<br /> 5. That decedent was a widow on the date of her death
<br /> and her sale and only heirs at law, devise�s and le�;atses and
<br /> persons interested in her esta�Ce are her children, as follows,

<br /> Evelyn Maxine Davis, daughter, of lawful age,
<br /> 1122 Central, Kearney; Nebraska.
<br /> Dean Lee Willoughby, a son, of lawful age,
<br /> Mason City, Nebraska.
<br /> Charles William Wilioughby, a son, of lawful age,
<br /> Mason City, Nebraska.
<br /> 6. Th�t the said Ines M. Willoughby, a/k/a Inez M.
