Charlton, daughter, (Executrix) , 1118 North <br /> Hastings Ave. , Hastings, Nebraska 68901; <br /> John Kipp Charlton, grandson, 6230 East Exeter, Phoenix, <br /> Arizona; <br /> Cynthia Charlton Wordell, granddaughter, 23680 Arbor Avenue, <br /> Los Altos, Ca lifornia. <br /> That all of said heirs are of legal age and are competent. <br /> The Court further finds that Inheritance Tax hearing has been had and ali <br /> Inheritance Tax due has been paid; that Federal Estate Tax return has been filed; <br /> that the Federal Estate Tax payable is the sum of $138,632.84. <br /> The Court further finds that the final account filed herein by the Executrix <br /> is just, true and correct, and that the same should be approved. <br /> The Court further finds that notices have been published and notices of <br /> hearing in said Estate have been given by mailing a copy of the published notice <br /> to all interested parties, all in the manner and �s provided by law. <br /> IT IS THEREFORE OR.DERED, AD]UDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT <br /> that the Final Report of Mildred K.
