Kipp, deceased, which was filed in this Court, on the 12th day of August A.D. 1970, and being the instrument to which this is annexed, wes duly proved, approved, probated and allowed, as the last will and testament of the said Myrtle F. Kipp, deceased, in and for the state of Nebraska; and it was ordered to be recorded in the records of the County Court aforesa.id.
