<br /> THIRD: I hereby give, devise and bequeath my
<br /> residence property located at 815 North Lincoln Avenue,
<br /> Hastings, Nebraska, together with all my interest in the
<br /> furnishings and household goods, to my daughter,
<br /> Mildred K. Charlton, Provided, hawever, that my hus-
<br /> band, john W. Kipp, shall be entitled to have the use
<br /> thereof, as long as he lives in said home.
<br /> FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath all the balance,
<br /> residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal,
<br /> � of every kind and nature, and wheresoever situated, to my
<br /> daugF,ter, Mildred K. Charlton, provided she survives me. �
<br /> LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MYRTLE F. KIPP------Pa e Two
<br /> FIFTH: In the event my .said daughter, Mildred K.
<br /> Charlton, does not survive me, then I hereby give, devise
<br /> and bequeath such residue and remainder of my property, both
<br /> real and personal, of every kind and nature, and wheresoever
<br /> situated, to my grandchildren: John Kipp Chariton and Cynthia
<br /> Charlton, equally, to each an undivided one--haif (1/2) thereof.
<br /> SIX'TH: I hereby appoint my daughter, Mildred K.
<br /> Charlton, as Executrix of this my Last Wili and Testament.
<br /> If for any reason my said daughter, Mildred K. Charlton, is
<br /> unable to act as such Executrix, then I hereby name my
<br /> son-in-law, G. Paul Charlton, and Lawrence Dunmire as
<br /> Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
<br /> at Hastings, Nebraska, this 28 day of March, 1962.

<br /> the same time in our presence and hearing, that this instrument,
<br /> consisting of two (2) typewritten pages, including this attesta-
<br /> tion clause, was her Last Wili and Testament, and we, at her
<br /> request, sign our names hereto in her presence and in the pre-
<br /> sence of each other as attesting witnesses.
