KIPP, Deceased. ) <br /> ) <br /> Now on this 14th day of April, 1971 , this matter came on for hearing ' <br /> upon the petition and final account of Mildred K. Charlton, the duly appointed, <br /> qualified and acting Executrix of the Estate of Myrtle F. Kipp, Deceased. <br /> In consideration whereof, the Court finds and decrees, as follows: <br /> That the Deceased, Myrtle F. Kipp, departed this life, testate, a resident <br /> of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, on the 9th day of August, 1970; that by <br /> proper proceedings had and done on the 2nd day of September, 1970, the Last <br /> Will and Testament of said Deceased was duly proved, approved and admitted _j <br /> to probate, and which Will and Certificate of Probate are in words and figures, j <br /> as follows: ' <br /> "LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT <br /> OF <br /> MYRTLE F. KIPP <br /> I, MYRTLE F.
