<br />  			to  be  heard  upon  the  pleadings  and  the  evidence,  and was
<br />  			submitted  to  the  Court,  on  consideration whereof  the  Court
<br />  			finds  that  due  and  legal  notice  of  this  proceeding  has been
<br />  			given  to  all  persons  interested  in  said rnatter,  both  creditors
<br />  			and  heirs  as  required by  law.    That  all  of  the  statements  and
<br />  			allegations  setforth  in  said Petition  are  true;  t7iat  the  saicl
<br /> 			P�tarie  J.  BeBacker,  died  intestate,  in  Adazns  County,  Nebraska,
<br /> 			on  January  26,  1969,   seized  and possessed  at  the  time  of  her
<br /> 			death  of  the  f ollowing  described  real  estate,  to wit:
<br />   				Lots  1, 2, :,4, 5,  15, 16,17,  and  18,   in Block  Seven
<br />   				(�) ,  E�rett  and  Johnson' s  Addition  to  Wood  River,
<br />   				Hall  Cvunty,  Nebraska.
<br /> 			That  no  application  has  been made  in  the  State  of  Nebraska  for
<br /> 			the  appointment  of  an Administrator  of  the  estate  of  said  deceased.
<br /> 			That  said  decedent was  a wido�a  at  the  time  of  iler  death,  and  that
<br /> 			her  sole  and  only Yieirs  at  1aw  �aere  and  are  her  children,  namely:.

<br />   							Edward  r.  De�ac}cer,  son

<br />  			the  sole  and  only heirs  at  1aw  of  the  said  P�Iarie  J.  DeBacker,

<br />  			an  undivided  one-ninth  to  each.
