<br /> debts and the costs of administration of his estate, to National Bank of Com- .
<br /> merce Trust & Savings Association, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee under Trust
<br /> Agreement dated December 5, 1958.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT:
<br /> ' 1. That the final report and account of National Bank of Comrnerce
<br /> Trust & Savings Association as Special Administrator of said estate, together •
<br /> with the final and supplemental accounts and reports of National Bank of Com-
<br /> merce Trust & Savings Association, Executor of said estate, be and the same
<br /> are hereby allowed and approved.
<br /> 2. That said Executor be and it is hereby authorized and directed to
<br /> pay all allowances, costs, expenses and inheritance taxes set forth in finding
<br /> No. 2 of this Decree; that after payment thereof, said Executor be and it is
<br /> hereby authorized and directed to set over unto Margaret Pankau, widow of
<br /> � said decedent, the personal family automobile and all personal effects be-
<br /> longing to said decedent; that all of the rest, residue and remainder of said •
<br /> property, real, personal or mixed, be and the same is hereby transferred,
<br /> assigned and set over unto National .Bank of Commerce Trust & Savings Associ::-
<br /> tion of Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee of the Joseph B. Pankau Trust, created
<br /> under the terms of a certain Trust Agreement dated December 5, 1958 , the
<br /> same to be held, administered and disbursed in accordance with the terms,
<br /> conditions and limitations thereof, incTuding all amendments thereto.
<br /> 3. It is further adjudged'and decreed by the Court that the said Joseph I�
<br /> � ;
<br /> B. Pankau died testate, a resident of Cheyenne County, Nebraska, on the 17th
<br /> day of December, 1969, and that'his Last Will and Testament was duly ad-
<br /> mitted to probate herein on March 26, 197D; and that his sole and only heirs
<br /> at law, legatees and devisees were and are those persons identified on E;�hibit � �
<br /> "B" which is appended hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
<br /> 4. That upon payment of said,costs of ad�inistration, allowances,
