<br /> came on for hearing upon the petition of National Bank of Commerce Trust &
<br /> Savings Association of Lincoln, Nebraska, Executor of the Estate of Josep}r B.
<br /> Pankau, Deceased, for approval and final settlement of the accounts and re- �
<br /> � ports, final and supplemental, as such Executor and as Special.Administrator
<br /> of said estate, a decree of heirship, determination of inheritance taxes, ap-
<br /> proval and allowance of Executor's and attorney's fees, commissions and
<br /> expenses, and for a discharcje from its trusts as such Executor and Special
<br /> Administrator.
<br /> Said Executor and Special Administrator was represented in open Court
<br /> by one of its attorneys, Frank J. Mattoon. Margaret Pankau, wife of said
<br /> decedent, and Donald J. Tedesco, County Attorney of Cheyenne� County, Ne-
<br /> braska, were also present in open Court. No person appeared in opposition
<br /> to s,aid petition.
<br /> WHEREUPON, evidence was adduced touching upon the Final Report
<br /> of National Bank of Commerce Trust & Savings Association as Special Admin-
<br /> � istrator, and the Final and Supplemental Reports of National Bank of Commerce
<br /> Trust & Savings Association as Executor, together with the allowance of all
<br /> costs of administration, determination of ii�heritan�e ta� liabillty, and proof
<br /> of heirship.
<br /> AND IT APPEARING from due proof on file that due and legal notice of
<br /> the time and place of hearing has been duly given in The Sidney Telegraph, a
<br /> legal newspaper printed, published and of general circulation in Cheyenne
