<br /> NOW, On this• �/ day of February, 1971, this matter
<br /> came on for hearing before the Court, and the Court being fully
<br /> advised in the matter finds that in the Petition h eretofore
<br /> filed there was a misdescription of the property owned at the
<br /> time of the death of the said Sadye Mae Alstot which was held �
<br /> in joint and survivorship title with her husband, Harold J.
<br /> Alstot, and that said property was described as "Lot One (1) ,
<br /> Block Ten (10) , Parkhill Third Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, ��all County, Nebraska, known as 2517 West Phoenix,
<br /> Grand Island, Tdebraska. "
<br /> That in truth and in fact at the time of the death of
<br /> the said Sadye Mae Alstot she was the owner, together with her
<br /> husband, Fiarold J. Alstot, with right of surivorship of
<br /> . Lot Fourteen (14) , Block Eleven (11) , Parkhill
<br /> 'Irhird Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, ?�7ebraska;
<br /> and that the order heretofore entered on the 25th day of
<br /> April, 1969, is erroneous as to the description of the property
<br /> hereinbefore referred to.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED �
<br /> BY THE COURT that at the time of the death of the said Sadye
<br /> • Mae Alstot she, together with her husband, Harold J. Alstot,
<br /> were the owners of Lot Fourteen (14) , Block Eleven (11) , �
<br /> Parkhill Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, and that at the time of her death said ...
