<br /> This cause came on for hearing on October 14, 1970, on the petition
<br /> of Roy S. Boag, the Executor, for final settlement of this estate, said Exec-
<br /> utor being present in court in person and hy Charles F. Adams, one of his ,
<br /> attorneys. It appearing to the satisfaction ol the Court that due and legai
<br /> notice of the time and place of said hearing has been given to all persons in-
<br /> terested in said estate hy publication and by mail, as provided hy law, and
<br /> that no objections the r�to have heen tiled, the matte r is the reupon sulimitted
<br /> to the Court. On consideration of the pleading�, report and account herein
<br /> and the evidencn, the Gourl, }-,eing Cully advised in the premises, finds as
<br /> follows:
<br /> 1. That Roy S. Boag, th� principal beneficiary herein, has turned
<br /> ov�r to himself a11 of ihe personal property assets of this estate and has ,
<br /> paid all dehts and e.xpenses of administration, all of which is shown by his
<br /> final report herein, and that his report and account as such Executor is true
<br /> and corre_ct and should be allowed and confirmed. '
<br /> 2. That due and legal not:ice tc� creditbrs of this estate has heen •
<br /> •given hy pu�lication and by mail as provided by law and that no claims or
<br /> clemands have be�n present�d or fil.�d against this ��state and a decree barring
<br /> claims has been duly made and �ntered herein on January 6, 1970.
<br /> 3. That Anna A. Boag> the de.ceased herein, died testat� on August
<br /> • 4, 1909, and was at the time of her death a resident of Hamilton County,
<br /> ,
<br /> Nebraska, and that she leFt surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law
<br /> and next of kin her hroth�r, Hoy S. Boag, her sist�r, Maggie P. Niklaus,
<br /> her ri:�phew, James S. Morton and hAr niec�, Margaret M. Morton, all of 1
<br /> whom are of full legal age and are Lully competent. �

<br /> 4. That Anna A. Boag, the deceased herein, left a Last Will and

<br /> Testament, which was duly adrnitted to probate in this Court on September 15,
