<br /> THIS CAUSE CAME ON FOR HEARING upon the 22nd day of September�
<br /> 1969� and was continued to 10 a. m. on September 23rd, 1969. The
<br /> Court being fully advised from the records and from the evidence
<br /> which were taken and submitted to the Court� and on consideration
<br /> whereof. THE COURT FINDS that due and legal notice of this pro- .
<br /> ceeding has been given to all persons interested in said matter,
<br /> as required by lawi that all of the statements and allegations �
<br /> set forth in the Petition are true; that Eugene Clifton VJarren
<br /> died on August 20� 1946, a resident of Buffalo C'ounty. Nebraska,
<br /> and was intestate, and at the time of his death was seized and �
<br /> possessed of the following described real estate� to wit: I
<br /> An undivided one-half interest as a tenant-in-common
<br /> in Lot 11, Block 19, Scarff`s Addition, to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, in Hall County. Nebraska�
<br /> that no other property was in his name at the time of his death
<br /> subject to probate. That Petitioner and deceased had no children.
<br /> �
<br /> THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that IViaude Warren was his widow and
<br /> is the present Petitioner. named as &iaude Warren Smith, and is
<br /> �he owner of the other one-half intPrest in said Lot; that said
<br /> _ decedent had one child, Clyde Warren, deceased, and that the only
<br /> other heirs were a granddaughter, Louise Warren Smith, and a grand�-
<br /> son, Earl Warren, the children of Glyde Warren, deceasedi that
<br /> Petitioner inherited one-half of the deceased's one-half interest
<br /> and each of the grandchildren inherited one-fourth of deceased's
<br /> one-half interest.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE CONSZDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that
<br /> Maude Warren, now known as Tviaude• Warren Smith, inherited a one-
<br /> half of one-half, and that Louise Warren, now Lou'ise Warren �Smith,
<br /> inherited a one-fourth of one-half; and that Earl Warren inherited
<br /> a one-fourth of one-halfi and that they were the sole and only
<br /> heirs ,of deceased Eugene Clifton Warren.
