<br /> Milton E. Codner was named as testamentary trustee under the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of said decedent and has accepted said trust and that
<br /> the beneficiarias are Steven Earl Codner, who was born on April 6, 1955� and
<br /> Laurie Anne Codner, who was born on April 6, 1956, and that letters of trust
<br /> should be issued to Milton E. Codner upon his giving bond in the sum of
<br /> $1,UOU.00 and takin� the oath requi�ed by law.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY TfIE COURT as '
<br /> follows:
<br /> � (1) The final account of the Executor as above amended
<br /> is correct in all respects and is hereby approved and •
<br /> allowed as amended.
<br /> (2) That the heirs at law next of kin of the decedent
<br /> are as of above found. .
<br /> (3) The showing regarding inheritance tax liability
<br /> submitted by the Executor is in all respect true and
<br /> correct and that the real and personal property vested �
<br /> undor the terms of the Last �Yill and Testament and in
<br /> the surviving joint tenant is charged with a lien for
<br /> inheritance tax and that there is no inheritance ta�c .
<br /> due under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
<br /> (4) Latters of trust issued to Milton E. Codner upon
<br /> his giving bond in the sum of $1,000.00 and taking the
<br /> oath rec�uired by law.
