<br /> nature and wherever located to Milton E. Codner as Trustee upon the follawing

<br /> A. This tr_ust shall be known as the Lucille E. Codner Trust.:
<br /> B. I direct that my Trustee shall use the income pf said
<br /> trust for the welfare, maintenance, and eciucation of
<br /> my son, Steven Earl Codner and my daughter, Lauri Ann
<br /> Codner, ai�d that at the Trustee`s sole di5cretion, he
<br /> shall have tne right to use the principal of said trust
<br /> for said purpose.
<br /> C. It is my desire and wish that after my dau�hter, Lauri
<br /> ; Ann Codner, reaches the age of sixteen years that my .
<br /> Trustee distribute annually to said children all the
<br /> income of the trust to be used primarily for the purpose
