<br /> That Everett L. Bisho�;,'Mary. E, Watson, Patricia Ann Graff, and Jack �
<br /> Dale Bishop, being the o�,l'y heirs at law and only persons interested in ''
<br /> ' the estate of Albert L.'Bishop,, deceased, objected to the distribution of
<br /> ' the estate and requested tlie Court to enter an Order setting aside that �
<br /> `portion of the Will, and dividing the estate of Albert L. Bishop, equally `1
<br /> among the four,child.�en, namely, Everett L. Bishop, son; Mary E. Watson, �
<br /> daughter; Patricia Ann Graff, daughter; and Jack Dale Bishop, son. �
<br /> � That on the 19th day of June, �1969, Mary E. Watson, Executrix of the
<br /> estate of .Albert L. Bishop, deceased,; filed in this Court, her final ad-
<br /> m�xtistration account as such Executrix; and that the said Mary E. Watson, .
<br /> Executrix, filed a petition on the 27th day of May, 1969, praying that the
<br /> said account be settled and allowed, that said estate be distributed as
<br /> required .by law, that Mary E. Watson, be discharged from her trust as such
<br /> Executrix,. and that for these purposes a time and place be assigned for
<br /> hearing said petition and examining and settling said account, and that such
<br /> no�tice be given thereof 'as the law directs. ' ;
<br /> That an Order of this Court was made assigning the 19th day of June,
<br /> 1969, at 10 o'clock A.M. , at the Co�.nty Court Room of Wheeler County, at
<br /> Bartlett, Nebraska�, as the time and place for hearing said petition and
<br /> examining and settling said account, and requiring that notice of said
<br /> hearing be given to all. persons interested by publishing a notice thereof
<br /> in the Wheeler County Independent, a newspaper prin�ed and in general cir-
<br /> culation in said County, for three successive weeks prior to the said day
<br /> of hearing. �
<br /> Tliat the said account is in all respects true and correct,
