<br /> to file an Amended Decree properly describing the property devised by
<br /> the Last Will and Testament of John Jay Kellogg, Deceased. The Court,
<br /> from the evidence and examination of the record, finds that in the origi-
<br /> nal Decree, the property was described as follows:
<br /> Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Sect�.on Fc�ur (4),
<br /> in Township Ten (10), North, Range Nine (9), West of the
<br /> Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, more particularly described
<br /> as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point 306 Feet South
<br /> of the North edge of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
<br /> Quarter of said Section, Thirty-Three (33) Feet West of the
<br /> E�:s� Line of said Southeast Quarter of said Section, thence
<br /> running Sauth for a distance of 254 Feet, para11e1 with the
<br />' East Line of said Southeast Quarter, running thence West for
<br />� a distance of 246.4 Feet, running thence North for a distance
<br /> of 25Q Feet and running thence East 246.4 Feet to the place
<br /> of beginning; in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> - That, in truth and Eact, the property should be described as
