<br /> to be heard upon an Order permitting John F. McCarthy, Administrator,
<br /> of record, of the Estate of Ann M. Kellogg, Deceased, to file an Amended
<br /> Decree to properly describe the property owned by the deceased. The
<br />; Court, from the evidence and examination of the record, finds that the
<br />' property described herein, is the same real estate that was improperly
<br /> described by meets and bounds on the original Decree filed on the 17th
<br /> day of November, 1960.
<br /> i The Court further finds that on the original Decr°ee, the property
<br /> was improperly described as:
<br /> a Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE�) of Section Four (4),
<br /> Township Ten (10) , Range Nine (9), in Ha21 County, Nebraska,
<br /> the same being a plat of ground 306' x 246.4' , amountin� to
<br /> 1.S Acres, in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> where, in truth and fact, it should be described as follows:
<br /> Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> (SE'�SE�) of Section 4, Township Ten (10) North, Range 9,
<br /> i , West 6th P,M. , described as follows: Commencing �t a point
<br /> 33 Feet West and 24. 75 Feet Southerly from the Northesst Corner
<br /> of the SE'�SE� of said Section 4, thence running Southerly and
<br /> parallel and 33 Feet Westerly from the E,ast Line of the SE� of
<br />',.,I said Section 4, a distance of 281.25 Feet, thence Westerly
<br /> I 246.4 Feet, thence Northerly and parallel to the East Line
<br />�, of said SE� of said Section 4,a distance of 281. 25 Feet, thence
<br />'! Easterly 246.4 Feet to the point of beginning.
<br />�, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT,
<br /> that the correct description of the property devised in the Estate
<br /> of Ann M. Kellogg, Deceased, is as follows :
