<br /> year within which to settie said estate, and further ordering that notice
<br /> to creditors be published as by law required, and that a hearing on claims
<br /> f iled against said estate ba h�ld at the off ice of the County Judge of
<br /> Webster County, Nebraska on the 23rd day of June, 1969.
<br /> The Court further finds that the executrix filed herein her inventory
<br /> of the assets of this estate, together with a copy thereof for the County
<br /> Assessor of Webster County, Nebraska, and that according to said inventory
<br /> said deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property:
<br /> REAL E STATE
<br /> ' The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (F�NE3a) of Section
<br /> Nineteen (19) , Township Nine (9) , North, Range Ten (10) , West
<br /> of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> PERSON.AL PROPERTY
<br /> As specifically describod in said inventory.
<br /> . PROPERTY OWNED IN JOINT TENANCY
<br /> As specifically described in said inventory.
<br /> The Court further f inds th�t on the 23rd day of June, 1959 an order
<br /> of this court was made barring any claims not heretof ore filed against
<br /> this estate and f inding that the only claim filed was a claim in the
<br /> amount of $1.75 in favar of the Register of D�eds of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br /> and that said claim was allowed and has been paid. The Court also finds
<br /> that all expenses of administration, including court costs, executrix
<br /> fees, and attorneys fees have been paid.
<br /> The Court further finds that pursuant to the provisions of the last
<br /> will and testament of said deceased the net probate assets of this estate
<br /> , passed one-half each to Carol Buekenhorst and Roaert M. Adams. That the
<br /> net probate personal property assets have been set over, transferred and
<br /> assigned to said beneficiaries and th��ir rec�ipt therefor is on file
<br /> herein. .
<br /> The Court finds that there is Nebraska inheritance ta�c due and owing
<br /> herein to the County Treasurer of Webster County, Nebraska in the amount
<br /> of $169.23 and to the County Treasurer of Hal1 County, Nebraska in the
<br /> amount of $93.14. The Court finds that there is no Nebraska estate tax
<br /> nor Federal estate tax d��.e or owing herein.
<br /> The Court finds that copies of all published legal notices have
<br /> been sent to all interested parties during the administration of this
<br /> estate as by law required; and that affidavits pertaining thereto are
<br /> on f ile herein; that certificates pertaining to payment of personal
<br /> taxes have been f iled herein by the County Assessor and County Treasurer
<br /> of Webster County, Nebraska.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, AATUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that
<br /> the final report of Carol Buekenhorst, executrix herein, be and the
<br /> same is hereby approved and allowed as such; that any claims not here-
<br /> tofore filed against this estate are barred; that alI. expenses of ad-
<br /> ministration have been paid; that said deceased left her surviving as her
<br /> sole and only hairs-at-law hc�r two children Carol Buekenhorst and Robe rt
<br /> M. F.dams; that pursuant to the provisions of the Will of said deceased
<br /> the net personal property probate asse-ts of this estate have been set
<br /> over, transferred, and assigned in equal shares to Carol Buekenhorst,
<br /> and Robert M. Ad3tns, and that they have receipted theref or; that the
<br /> real estate owned by said d�ceased, being the EaSt Half of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter (F�NF�a) of Section Nineteen (19) , T�wnship Nine (9) , North, Range
<br /> Ten (10) , West of the 6th P.M , in Hall County, Nebraska, passed pursuant
<br /> to the Will of said deceased an undivided one-ha.T_f interest each to
<br /> Carol Buekenhorst and Robert M. Adams. That Carol Buekenhorst is one
<br /> and the same as Carol Beukenhorst. That there is Nebraska inheritance
<br /> t� owing herein to the County Treasurer of Webster County in the amount ,
<br /> of $169.23, and to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska in the
<br /> amount of $93.14; that upon proof of payment of said inheritance tax that
<br /> this estate be fully administered, settled, and closed and said executrix
<br /> discharged and released from her bond.
