<br /> approval of any Court. I also empower my executors to settle, adjust or
<br /> compromise any claims whether in favor of or against my estate on such
<br /> terms as they, in their sole discretion, may determine to be for the best
<br /> interests of my estate, and without the necessity of procuring the leave
<br /> or approval of any court. I fully empower my executors to make distribu-
<br /> tion in kind as well as in cash. I waive any privilege with respect to
<br /> confidential communications had at any time between me and my attorney,
<br /> Arthur C. Mayer of Grand Island, Nebraska, and had at any time between �
<br /> me and any of the attesting witnesses to this will. '
