<br /> At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of
<br /> Webster in the State of Nebraska this 15th day of July, 1969. ,
<br />! Present: Clark McMahon, County Judge.
<br /> I ' BE IT REMEI�ERED, that Carol Buekenhorst a/k/a Carol Beukenhorst,
<br /> i Executrix, filed herein h�r final report as such executrix, together
<br /> with a petition praying that said report be allowed, for a decree of
<br />; heirship, determination of inheritance tax, order of final distribution
<br />'a and final settlement and discharge. For these purposes the 15th day
<br /> of July, 1969 at 11:00 o�clock a.m. in the County Court Room in said
<br />' County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition
<br />! and examining and allowing said final report; and it was ordered that
<br />� notice of the pendency of such hearin be
<br /> it a ears b g given as by law required; and
<br /> PP y proof on file that notice wa.s given as ordered by the
<br /> Court, and that no objections to said final report have been made or
<br /> filed. Upnn examination of the record and evidence in this matter, and
<br /> being duly advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows: That
<br /> Pansy L. Adams died, testate, on January 19, 1969, and a resident of
<br /> • Webster County, Nebraska; that Carol Buekenhorst and Robert M. Adams
<br /> filed in this Court an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and
<br /> Testament of Pansy L. Adams, deceased, and a petition offering the
<br /> same for probate and petitioning the Court to appoint Carol Buekenhorst
<br /> executrix of this estate, and that an order of this Court was made
<br /> assigning the 18th day of February, 1969 at 11:00 o'clock a.m, in the
<br /> County Court Room of said county as the time and place f or hearing said
<br /> petition, proving said Will, and admitting the same to probate, and
<br /> ordering that notice of the pendency of said hearing be given as by law '
<br /> required, and it appears by proof on file that notice of such order was I
<br /> so given.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 18th day of February, 1969 said
<br /> instrument was proven, allowed and admitted to probate as the last will
<br /> and testament of Pansy L. Adams, deceased, which will is in words as
<br /> f ol 1 ows:
<br /> "LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PANSy L. AD,�MS
<br /> I, Pansy L. .�dams, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do here-
<br /> by make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, re-
<br /> voking any former wills made by me, in words as follows:
<br /> � I.
<br /> I appoint my two children, Carol Buekenhorst of Doniphan, Nebraska,
<br /> and Robert M. Adams of Cozad, Nebraska, Co-executors of this Will, In
<br /> the event that either of them should be unable to so serve or should elect
<br /> not to serve as executor, I direct that the other shall serve as sole ex-
<br /> ecutor. I also direct that neither of them need furnish surety on their
<br /> bond as executor. A11 powers and discretion hereinaf ter granted my co-
<br /> executors shall fully extend and be applicable to either of them if only ;
<br /> one of them should so serve, and shall apply to any administrator with
<br /> the will annexed.
<br /> II.
<br /> I direct my executors to pay any debts legally enforceable against
<br /> my estate, as soon after my death as may be convenient.
<br /> III.
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder
