<br /> The Court finds that Daniel Schwieger, as Administrator,
<br /> filed herein his final report and that the same is proper and
<br /> should be allowed. That there are no remaining personal property
<br /> assets to be distributed and that all court costs and attorney
<br /> fees have been paid, and that the administrator has waived any
<br /> administrator' s fee. That Meta Schwieger advanced the necessary
<br /> funds to pay expenses of ad:•ninistration and court costs and
<br /> waives any claim theref or against the real estate described above,
<br /> and that this estate can be settled and closed.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, AANDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT
<br /> that the final report of Daniel Schwieger be and the same is
<br /> hereby allowed; that the net assets of this estatP, including
<br /> the following described real estate, Lot Five (5) , in Block Thirty-
<br /> eight (38) in Packer and Barr' s Second Addition to tYie City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, descended as follows: one-� w
<br /> third (1/3) to Meta Schwieger; and one-ninth (1/9) each to Jack '
<br /> Schwieger, Daniel Schwieger, Fredrick Schwieger, Sr., Herbert
<br /> Schwieger, Francis Schwieger, and Bernice Katen. i
