<br /> This cause came on to be heard this ,�day of July, 1969 ,
<br /> upon the Final Report of Daniel Schwieger, Administrator herein,
<br /> and the Court finds that notice of hearing had been given as
<br /> required at the time such final report was filed.
<br /> The Court further finds that Frank C. Schwieger died,
<br /> _ intestate, on December 20, 1952, a resident of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and that he left him surviving as his sole and only
<br /> heirs-at-law the f ollowing persons:
<br /> - Meta Schwieger, widow ._
<br /> • Jack Schwieger, grandson, the sole surviving child of
<br /> Paul Schwieger, a predeceased son of Frank C.
<br /> Schwieger,
<br /> . Daniel Schwieger, son,
<br /> ' Fredrick Schwieger, Sr. son, . �
<br /> Herbert Schwieger, son
<br /> Francis Schwieger, son
<br /> Bernice Katen, daughter. .
<br /> The Court finds that Daniel Schwieger was appointed adminis-
<br /> tractor of this estate .and furnished bond as required by this
<br /> Court.
<br /> The Court further finds that notice to creditors was given as
<br /> by law required and that no claims were filed against this estate.
<br /> The Court finds that the administrator filed herein his
<br /> inventory of the assets of this estate and that the correct des-
<br /> cription of the property owned by said deceased is as follows:
<br /> RFAT, ESTATE
<br /> Lot Five (5) , in Block Thirty-eight (38) , in Packer
<br /> and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> �iall County, Nebraska
<br /> PERSONAL PROPERTY
<br /> As described in the inventory.
<br /> The Court finds' that no inheritance tax is due and owing in this �
<br /> estate and that no state nor federal estate tax is due or owing.
<br /> The Court further finds that under the laws of intestacy of
<br /> the State of Nebraska that the net assets of this estate descended
