<br /> Now on this 19th day of May, 1969, this matter came
<br /> on for hearing upon the final report and account and the petition
<br /> for final settlement of account of the Executrix, and for a �
<br /> decree of heirship herein, and due and legal notice of hearing
<br /> having been given as provided by law, and the Court being fully
<br /> advised in the premises, finds:
<br /> (1} That said final account is correct and should be
<br /> allowed.
<br /> (2) That the statements and allegations in said petition
<br /> for final settlement are true and correct.
<br /> (3) That said Executrix took possession of the property
<br /> belonging to the estate and has paid all debts and claims allowed .
<br /> and the costs and expenses of administration.
<br /> (4) That the inheritance tax due from the heirs, devisees
<br /> and legatees has been fully paid.
<br /> (5) That the Federal Estate Tax has been fully paid and
<br /> accepted as full payment by the United States Treasury Department.
<br /> (6) That Nora Myrtle Splinter died testate, a resident
<br /> � of Hamilton Courity, Nebraska, on the 3rd day of September, 1967,
<br /> and left as her sole and only heirs at law, the followi.ng named
