<br /> owner, Stella Petersen.
<br /> WHEREFORE, IT IS COIVSIDERED, ORDER�D AN23 ADJUDGED BY THE
<br /> COU}3T that the Final Report and Account c�f the Administrator herein
<br /> be and the same is hereby 5ettled, allowed and agproved; that the
<br /> statements and allegations in the Petition for F2nal Settlement are
<br /> true and correct; that the estate has been' duly administered and that
<br /> all claims which have been allowed, debts and expenses of administra- �
<br /> tion have been duly paid; that no disposition has been m�.de of a .
<br /> claim asserted against the estate by one Edgar R. Rasmussen during ��
<br /> the latter part of 196z to which objections have been filed and which.
<br /> has not been finally disposed of; that the inheri�ance tax found d�ae . i:
<br />' from the heirs of the Deceased to the State of Nebraska has been paid `'
<br /> I and that there is no Federal estate tax liability; that Elmer L. :i
<br /> Petersen died intestate on the '7th day of August,- 1962, a resident of �i
<br /> Buffalo County, Nebraska, and left as his sole and only heirs at law. ''
<br /> his widow, Stella Petersen, and three sons, Robert Petersen, Donald '
<br /> Petersen and Forrest L. Petersen; that the remaining personal property
<br /> and cash in the hands of the Administrator as set out herainabove be t
<br /> and it hereby is assigned to said heirs one-third thereof to the "
<br /> widow and two-ninths thereof to each of the sons; that the I�eceased
<br /> died seized of the real estate described in Paragraph '7 above which
<br /> is hereby assigned to said heirs in the shares as ` set out therein,
<br /> viz. ; an undivided one-third (lf3) interest, to Stella Petersen,
<br /> widow, and an undivided two-ninths (2/9) interest to each of the
<br /> three sons, Robert Petersen, Donald Petersen and Forrest L. Petersen;
<br /> that upon the filing of Receipts by the Administrator showing payment
<br /> and delivery to said heirs of the money and personalty and disposi-
<br /> ' tion of. the claim asserted against the estate by one Edgar R. Rasmussen
<br /> which has not been disposed of at this time that a formal O�der of
