PETERSEN, Deceasad. ) <br /> Thi.s matter came an for hearing upon the Final Report and <br /> , Account and the Petition for Final Settlement of Account of the <br /> Adminis�rator and for Decree of Heirship herein, and due and legal <br /> notice of hearing having been given as provided by law, and the <br /> Court being fully advised in the premises, finds: <br /> l. That said Final Account is correct and should be <br /> allowed. <br /> ?. That the statements and allegations in said Petition <br /> for Final Settlement are true and correct. <br /> 3. That the Administrator took possession of the personal <br /> property belonging to said estate and has paid all debts and claims <br /> allowed and the costs and expenses of administratior�. <br /> l�. That all inheritance taxes due the State of 1Vebraska <br /> from the heirs of Deceased have been paid and that a closing letter <br /> from the Internal Revenue Service showing no Federal estate tax due <br /> is on file. <br /> - 5• That Elmer L. Petersen, Deceased, died intestate, a <br /> resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska on the '?th day of August, 196z, <br /> and left as his sole and only heirs at law the following named <br /> persons, to-wit: Stella Petersen, his wife, and three sons, they <br /> bein� Robert Petersen, Donald Petersen and Forrest L. Petersen all <br /> of legal age. <br /> 6. That after payment of a11 expenses of administration <br /> and claims �allowed in said estate there is left in the hands of the <br /> Administrator the sum of $3,529,07; that all other personal property <br /> has been distributed and delivered to the heirs at law, one-trird to. <br /> Stella Petersen, widow, and an undivided tvlo-ninths (2�9) to each of <br /> the sons; that the moneys on hand should be distributed in the same <br /> proportions. <br /> 7. That said Deceased died seized of the following <br /> described rea� estate located in Hall Ccunty, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> '. Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Wilsonts Subdivision <br /> of a Part of Section Three (3) , Towns��ip Eleven <br /> (11) North, Range Nine (�) West of the 6th P.P��i. , <br /> excepting the railroad right-of-way, and tracts <br /> . on the West side heretofore conveyed to National <br /> By-Products, Inc. by Deeds of Record and subject <br /> to the right-of-taay for an easement for electric <br /> transmission lines along the ti�lest side thereof <br /> which real estate should be assigned in share and shares as follows: <br /> an undivided one-third (1/3) interest therein to Stella Petersen and <br /> an undivided two-ninths t2/9) interest therein to each oi the thre� <br /> sons named above. <br /> ` F�.
