<br /> may be due the U. �. of America9 and all estate taxes which may be
<br /> due the State of Nebraskao I further authorize my Executrix to pay
<br /> any inheritance and succession taxes which may be �lue to the State
<br /> of Nebraska upon any legacy or devise given by this Will, the amounts
<br /> so paid for inheritance tax on account �f such legacy or devise how-
<br /> ever, to be deducted from the amaunt af such legacy or devise.

<br /> I hereby name, nominate and appoint my wife, Edna K. Bauman, to
<br /> be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, if she survive
<br /> meo In the event my said wifE shall not survive me or for any reason '
<br /> be unable to so serve, then I name, nominate and appoint my daughter,
<br /> Kay E. Blair, to be the Executrix of this my Last Wi11 and Testament.
